Cancellation Policy

Missed or broken appointments represent a cost to us and are an inconvenience to other patients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. It delays completion of your dental treatment. We would kindly ask you to contact us 48 hours in advance of your appointment if you are unable to attend. Another appointment at a more suitable date and time will be arranged for you. Failure to provide us with advance notice or failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation/no show fee of 50% of the appointment fee. We will always take exceptional circumstances into account if the unforeseen happens and you have a reason to cancel an appointment at short notice.
